so i just did 15 minutes of yoga, because i’ve really been wanting to start ( and i found a really good DVD of it…) and i seriously feel really amazing… even though it was only 15 minutes!! im defiantly gonna be doing at least a little bit daily :)
do any of you do yoga or take yoga classes? let me know how you like it !
I LOVE yoga, I feel so at peace. I used to take classes at school, and it was awesome! I reallly want to try the hot yoga for a month- it’ll have to wait until summer though. What is great is that after a while you begin to see and feel your flexibility increase. There is also this class where you do yoga on a surf board!
Last night I wrote down that I would wake up at 5:40 and do some damage (Workout damage). And I did it!! I worked out for 50 minutes. And in the middle of my workout I asked myself “Why am I doing this? I’ll feel better if I go back to sleep.” My answer: “Nobody has ever regretted working out” The work out was amazing. I am so glad I did it, and you do actually get a HUGE energy boost. I didn’t believe it before but I do now!
I also was able to burn calories before I even consumed them- double score!
This is one of the most incredible posts I’ve read in a while.
EVERYONE should have one of these days AT LEAST once a week.
Don’t forget to have “me” time for at least an hour everyday. It’s important to take care of yourself before you take care of everything else!!
